These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of 1percentcombine.com (the "Site"), operated by The 1% National Setter Identification System ("The 1%," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These terms apply to the website only. Registration for specific events — including Elite ID Combines, Futures Clinics, Regional Futures Camps, and The 1% Final — is governed by separate registration agreements, waivers, and terms presented at the time of registration.
Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the Site without written permission
Use any automated tools to scrape, extract, or index content from the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its function
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting any form or inquiry
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and program materials — is the property of The 1% or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 1% name, logo, and program identity are proprietary marks of The 1% National Setter Identification System.

Program Information
The 1% operates three program tiers: Futures Clinics, Elite ID Combines, and The 1% Final. Information about these programs on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Specific event details, including dates, locations, capacity, pricing, and eligibility requirements, are subject to change. The most current information will be reflected on the Site and communicated directly to registered participants.
Elite ID Combines are open-registration evaluation events for junior high school setters. Registration fees are due at the time of registration and are subject to the refund policy contained in the registration agreement.
Futures Clinics are invite-only training sessions for rising sophomores and juniors. Attendance requires a direct invitation or an approved application submitted through the Site.
Regional Futures Camps are invite-only two-day development events held three times per year across East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast regions.
The 1% Final is an invite-only national championship event held annually in Knoxville, Tennessee. Invitations are earned through performance at Elite ID Combines. Invited athletes attend at no cost. Acceptance of an invitation is a commitment to attend. Athletes who accept an invitation and do not attend are responsible for reimbursing The 1% for flight and hotel costs incurred on their behalf. This policy is detailed in the Final invitation agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
Participation in any 1% program event does not guarantee an invitation to The 1% Final, a specific evaluation outcome, a college commitment, or any other specific result. Invitation decisions are made at the sole discretion of 1% leadership based on evaluation data and program criteria.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, partner organizations, and affiliated programs. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
